The fine line between realities: Introducing the Synergy age

I recently read an article which stated that by 2015 50% of businesses will have introduced gamification as a tool to increase productivity in the workplace. Gamification describes the process of creating games out of menial administrative tasks. By creating an animated world with characters and a storyline simple spreadsheet activities become “games” by which you can measure your progress, save and re-explore. This is an interesting development, but above the potential of a more enjoyable workplace this movement towards gamification reveals a broader trend about our rapidly changing relationship with technology.

The Divine Truth

[Source: fractal-wallpapers]
A friend of mine recently said to me that isn't it a shame that we only find parts of the divine; we were discussing the Fibonacci sequence and how the golden ratio applies to much we see in nature. My view of this was the contrary; isn't it fantastic that we have found these small pieces of the puzzle at all? We will never find the whole truth and it we do what will that make us? We certainly wouldn't be human any longer would we? As humans our brains cannot comprehend infinity so even if we were given the whole divine truth right now we wouldn't be able to do anything with it. Surely we should just celebrate the parts we do find? Think about it for a second.

Life is great!
